"Great way to see cape Tribulation"
An all-day trip from Cairns, and well worth it. Van picked up & dropped us off at the hotel. Our guide, Matt, is full of information about the flora, fauna, human history, & geographic history throughout the long drive, teaching and entertaining us the whole way. Trip includes a visit to a wildlife park, and Matt timed it such that we were there during a time when we could hold a koala!! The park is charming- clean with lots of other opportunities to interact with animals. We added “Jungle Surfing” to the day and loved it, too! Last activity was a boat ride in the Daintree River with a crocodile expert, and he found a 16’ crocodile for us to admire right there on the edge of the river. Awesome experience!
